These Terms of Service govern your use of candidatesassessment.com and the Candidates Assessment platform. By requesting early access or using the platform, you agree to these terms. We are in early access, and these terms will be formalized as the product and company develop.

Early access

The platform is currently in early access. Features, availability, and pricing described on this site are subject to change without notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on behalf of your organization to request early access or use the platform.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the platform to discriminate against candidates on any legally protected basis.
  • Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Do not submit false or misleading information in an early-access request.

Hiring team responsibilities

If you invite candidates to complete an assessment, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so, for informing candidates how their results will be used, and for complying with applicable employment and data protection law in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

The Candidates Assessment name, site, and platform are our property. Nothing in these terms grants you rights beyond what is needed to use the platform as intended.

No warranty

During early access, the platform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candidates Assessment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or platform.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to early access or the platform at any time, particularly for violations of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and company develop. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

Candidates Assessment is not yet incorporated, and a specific governing law and jurisdiction have not yet been designated. This section will be updated once that is finalized.
