Compare the work—not the feature count.

A vendor can have more tests, deeper science, or better integrations and still be the wrong operating fit. These comparisons show where each platform is stronger, what CandidatesAssessment does not yet match, and which workflow your agency is actually buying.

Each page is written separately around the vendor’s documented strengths, commercial route, and the agency decision it changes.

Four lenses prevent the wrong purchase.

A comparison is useful only when it exposes the trade-off. Score vendors against the work, evidence, handoff, and infrastructure your clients actually require.

  1. 01

    Operating model

Internal employer hiring, enterprise talent programs, skills testing, or an external agency serving multiple clients.

  2. 02

    Evidence requirement

Test breadth, role simulations, norm groups, technical manuals, interpretation support, and candidate access.

  3. 03

    Decision handoff

Internal dashboard, exportable report, branded client deliverable, or protected client review with a recorded response.

  4. 04

    Infrastructure fit

ATS/API coverage, SSO, permissions, security evidence, implementation support, and the pricing model behind scale.

Evidence first. Absence labelled carefully.

Observed claims come from current official vendor pages, help centres, product documents, and CandidatesAssessment’s public capability ledger. When a capability is not visible in the sources reviewed, the page says exactly that—it does not convert “not found” into “no.”

YESDirect official evidence reviewed
NOT FOUNDNot visible in the limited official-source set reviewed

Take these questions into every demo.

Ask for the exact workflow, output, permission, and price—not a promise that the platform can be “configured.”

  • Show how one agency user separates clients, roles, candidates, and reports.
  • Show the exact candidate comparison and explain every score or benchmark.
  • Show what a client receives without creating a full platform account.
  • Show how access expires, is revoked, and appears in an audit history.
  • Confirm which integrations are native, add-ons, API work, or partner tools.
  • Price the real annual candidate volume, seats, add-ons, implementation, and support.

Test the agency workflow on one real role.

Create a client, run a focused assessment project, compare candidate evidence, and prepare the protected client handoff before you judge the fit.
