This Privacy Policy explains how Candidates Assessment collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this site, request early access, or use the platform. We are currently in early access and this policy will be updated as the product and company structure develop.

This policy covers visitors to candidatesassessment.com, people who submit an early-access request, and, once the platform is in active use, the hiring teams and candidates who interact with assessments through it.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide, such as your name, work email, and company name, when you request early access.
• Information about your hiring needs that you choose to share with us.
• Basic site usage information, such as pages visited, collected through our hosting and caching infrastructure.
• Once the platform is active: assessment responses and results submitted by candidates, and account information for hiring teams.

How we use information

• To respond to early-access requests and communicate with you about the product.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
• To meet legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell personal information.

Candidate data and hiring teams

Once the platform is active, hiring teams are responsible for having a lawful basis to invite candidates to complete an assessment and for informing candidates how their results will be used. Candidates Assessment processes candidate data on behalf of the hiring team that invited them.

Cookies

This site uses a limited number of functional cookies necessary for basic operation, such as security and form submission. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and platform, such as hosting and email delivery, and only as needed for them to provide that service.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as necessary to respond to your request, operate the platform, or meet legal obligations, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

This site and platform are intended for business use by adults and are not directed at children.
