Agency pricing scoped around real shortlist work.
CandidatesAssessment pricing is currently tailored to the roles, candidate volume, recruiter workflow, and reporting requirements you actually need. Exact fees and usage limits are confirmed before you start.
Choose the engagement path—not an invented limit.
These paths explain how an agency can start. They are not fixed public price promises. Your written proposal will state the actual scope, usage assumptions, support, and current product boundary.
Pilot
Prove the workflow on one client role before committing to a larger rollout.
- One role and agreed candidate set
- Role-relevant assessment setup
- Results, comparison, and interview evidence review
- Written scope and usage boundary
Ongoing agency
For agencies assessing candidates across recurring client roles and hiring cycles.
- Recurring role and candidate volume
- Recruiter review and candidate comparison workflow
- Current reporting plus agreed early-access support
- Planned capabilities documented separately
Scale planning
For multi-recruiter or high-volume agencies that need a defined rollout and integration path.
- Volume, team, and client-workflow discovery
- Security and data-handling review
- Implementation and support expectations
- Integration requirements scoped—not implied as live
What changes the proposal.
A proposal should make the commercial logic visible even when the exact quote is tailored.
- Roles
- How many client searches run at once and how much calibration they require.
- Candidates
- Expected invitation and completion volume, including peaks rather than only averages.
- People
- Recruiters, reviewers, and the level of onboarding or ongoing support required.
- Output
- The reporting, branding, privacy, and integration requirements that are actually in scope.

Agency pricing questions.
Clear answers without pretending the product has a fixed public package structure that has not been approved.
Why are exact prices not published?
CandidatesAssessment is in early access and currently scopes pricing around role, candidate volume, agency workflow, and implementation needs. The exact fee and usage limits are confirmed in a written proposal before you start.
Can we start with one client role?
Yes. You can create an agency account and begin with one role, or contact us to scope a supported pilot around an agreed candidate set.
Are client portals and white-label reports included?
The live client handoff includes a server-generated PDF plus an expiring, revocable review link protected by verified email and a one-time code. Clients can review evidence, comment, and record interview, hold, or decline decisions. Persistent client accounts and per-client white-label branding remain planned.
Does CandidatesAssessment replace our ATS or recruiting CRM?
No. CandidatesAssessment focuses on candidate assessment evidence and can sit alongside your existing recruitment system. Direct integrations remain planned and must be scoped separately.
What information should we bring to the planning call?
Bring one representative client role, expected candidate volume, the people who review results, current ATS or CRM, reporting needs, and any privacy or procurement requirements.
