How should employers interpret numerical reasoning results?
Results are grouped into Strong, Moderate, and Developing bands for the overall score and each of the four numerical dimensions. A Strong result means the candidate consistently interpreted and calculated figures accurately; a Developing result flags an area worth verifying further, not a reason to reject a candidate outright.
A lower result should not automatically determine a hiring decision. Assessment results should be considered alongside interviews, experience and other job-relevant information.
